Easy Potato Fry Kerala Style

1) Potato – 1 medium size , thinly sliced
2) Yellow Onion – 1 medium , halved and thinly sliced
3) Green Chilly – 5 , slitted
4) Red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
5) Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
6) Curry leaves – 1 sprig
7) Oil

Heat some oil in a thick bottom non stick pan.
Add sliced potatoes, sprinkle salt and cook potato till it is 3/4th done.
Add sliced onion, slitted green chilly and curry leaves.
Add red chilly powder , turmeric powder and mix well.
Serve hot with rice.
