Egg Roast – Mutta Roast

1)  Hard boiled Eggs – 4 , shells removed
2)  Big Red onion – 2 , thinly sliced
3)  Ginger – 1 inch piece
4)  Green Chilly – 5
5)  Garlic – 2 cloves
6)  Egg Masala or Chicken Masala powder- 2 tsp
7)  White Vinegar (Rice Vinegar) – 1 tsp
8)  Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
9)  Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp

Grind green chilly , cloves and ginger to a fine paste
Heat some oil and fry ginger chilly garlic paste.
Add sliced onion and fry till they are transparent.
Add Curry leaves and masala powder.
Add boiled egg and fry till all eggs coated with masala.
Serve with Appam or Rice.
