Kerala Style Raita – Biriyani Raita
1) Large Red onion – 1 ( Thinly sliced)
2) Green Chillies – 5 ( chopped in rounds)
3) Yogurt – 1 cup
4) Finely chopped cucumber – 1/4 cup (seeds removed) Optional
5) Finely chopped tomato – 1/4 cup (seeds removed) Optional
6) Salt
Mix red onion and slat and hand mix and keep it aside for a while
Add chopped green chillies and mix together
Add yogurt and mix together. Add more water if needed.
Add cucumber and tomato depends on your preference
Serve with Biriyani or Rice.
