Mysore Masala Dosa
For Masala:
1) Small Size yukon gold potato – 3 boiled
2) Medium yellow onion – 3 , sliced
3) Ginger – 2 inch piece ,cut legthwise
4) Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
5) Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
6) Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
7) Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Hea some oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
Add turmeric powder and saute for few seconds.
Add Curry leaves and ginger.
When curry leaves starts to splutter add sliced onions and saute till they are transparent.
Heat dosa pan,spary cooking oil or put butter on the pan and pour dosa batter once it is hot.
Spread masala on one half and spread tomato chutney and coconut chutney on other half and cook for few seonds.
When Dosa is fully cooked fold it into an envelope.
