Chilli Bajji

1)  Green Chilly for – 4 ( I used big less spicy ones. You can use thin ones or more spicier ones)
2)  Besan flour – 1 cup
3)  Dry red chilly powder – 1 tsp
4)  Cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
5)  Asafoetida (kayam) – a pinch
6)  salt

Make a smooth batter by mixing besan flour, dry red chilly powder, cumin seeds powder , salt and asafoetida powder adding enough water.
Dip green chillies in the batter and deep fry.
